Our guests are particularly interested in policies that include coverage against hurricanes and the optional Cancel for Any Reason benefit. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Monthly renters (28 nights +) must cancel one-hundred and twenty (120) days prior to check-in in order to incur no penalty. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater.
Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.
