While the COVID-19 pandemic has reinforced the importance of travel insurance, we have seen unprecedented requests for coverage.

We offer more space, more privacy, greater affordability to spend more time at the destination.  But with our NO FULL REFUNDS 60 days prior to arrival, we began looking for the best way to protect your trip plans and your investment while visiting.  Our guests are particularly interested in policies that include coverage against hurricanes and the optional Cancel for Any Reason benefit. Other common concerns include protection against trip interruption, emergency medical evacuation, baggage loss and more. Partnering with TravelProtection.insure can assist.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.  Monthly renters (28 nights +) must cancel one-hundred and twenty (120) days prior to check-in in order to incur no penalty.  All credit card cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater.

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.  Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately.

HURRICANE & TROPICAL STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance.
